(Hereinafter referred to as the Company/VoltUp/We/Our/Us ”“).
The Website/domain name “www.voltup.in” (including mobile site) and the mobile applications “VoltUp App” and “VoltUp Partner App” (collectively referred to as “Platform”) is owned by the Company and it is the owner of the brand ‘VoltUp’ within the territory of India.
The Company respects your privacy and values and the trust you place in it. The Privacy Policy provides detail about what data is collected, the reasons for its collection, and how the data is collected and used, processed, and disclosed by the Company.

9. How can you opt out of the data collection process?
The Platform provides all its customers with the opportunity to opt out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us or on behalf of any of its partners after setting up an Account. You can unregister/unsubscribe yourself from the lists and promotional emails by pressing the ‘Unsubscribe’ button provided in the promotional communications sent to you. However, we reserve the right to limit membership based on the availability of contact information. All Users will be notified by email prior to any actions taken.
10. Use by Minor
We do not intend for our Platform or online services to be used by anyone under the age of 18 Years as per Indian Law. If you are a minor i.e., under the age of 18 (eighteen) years, you shall not register as a User on our Platform and shall not transact on or use the platform in any way.
